Day 1

It seems cliché to put a weight loss plan into action on the first day of the new year…and so it is!

The Plan: No sugar, no carbs, low fat, no processed foods, no alcohol, exercise daily and smile!

Weigh in: 106 kg

Goal: 85 kg

Breakfast: 2  boiled eggs, 3 cherry tomatoes, 1 raw avocado, 1 cup of coffee (black), 1 Activia yogurt and 1 glass of Enagic Kangen Water with lemon. 8am

9:25 am – completed 20 minutes of vigorous indoor cycling plus 3 sets of 30 sec planks. Baby sleeps.

Snack: Infektionshävaren smoothie

Lunch: Leftover oxfilé with leftover green bean casserole

Snack: dark chocolate – 2 squares

Dinner: Kebab salad – ate only 1/3 of plate due to feeling ill
